Babes Wodumo Explains Why She Wants To Open An Old Age Home

Most people may be wondering why a day never goes by without most publications writing about Babes Wodumo, the reason is that she is now more into the public eye than ever before and it means her career is rising high.She has so many fans that would love to know about what the dancer is busy is currently doing with her life.

To most people’s surprise Babes Wodumo is now in the process of opening an old age home in her hometown. The Wololo hitmaker revealed all of this in an interview with DJ Fresh. On Monday she also revealed some shocking about her life in an interview with Thando Thabethe at 5FM.

The dancer explained her motive behind starting an old age home. She said that her mom’s side of the family used to encourage her to be a caregiver to old age homes when she was growing up. “I have already registered a Non Profit Organisation to kick this off as soon as I get the support I need,” Babes said

Babes also revealed how fame has changed her life, detailing the things she can longer do.“I can’t go to clubs like I used to and dance like a ratchet. I can’t go anywhere, not even to the mall. Sometimes even when I’m with my family I can’t even eat. It is different.”

It seems nothing can keep Babes Wodumo down, not so long it was reported that African Star Communication parted ways with her after failing to get herself awards at 3 awards ceremonies she was nominated in.
