Kelly Khumalo Gets Questioned About Senzo Meyiwa’s Death

Singer and Songwriter Kelly Khumalo is still being put on the spot by social media users about the death of her soccer player lover Senzo Meyiwa. The death of Senzo raised many questions and suspicions. He was married at the time of his love affair with Kelly.The two had a baby girl together that was still an infant when her father was shot in cold blood at Kelly’s home in Vosloorus. When the news about his passing broke social media painted Kelly Khumalo as the main suspect, they assumed she was the one that hired people to kill her lover. Those suspicions died down as time went on, it was only over the weekend that other social media users brought it up, asking her to tell what really happened with Senzo Meyiwa.

She was trending on Twitter over the weekend, for her appearance on idols which most people made fun of while others praised her for her singing. When the singer was asked by Tshisa Live about how this made her feel she said that she read all the comments but focused on the positives. Linda Moaketsi who is Kelly’s Manager spoke on her behalf “There are a handful of people who are obviously trying to get attention or trying to get retweets using the negativity that we are all moving forward from. Kelly is not worried about it and is choosing not to focus on the negativity,” he added.

It has been over 2 years since Meyiwa died but no arrest has been made regarding the case and no other close friend or family members has spoken about it. This reason may be one of too many that has led people to throw suspicions everywhere. Justice is taking too long to get served. Kelly did however express her feelings about the death of Senzo and said that she is till hurt and that he took away a huge part of her when he died in her arms that night.
