AKA Opens Up About His Worst Mistakes In The Past. Following the release of his highly anticipated album AKA has opened up a lot about a number of things even stating that Touch My Blood is his last album. No doubt the hype behind the album was overwhelming, it was well received by fans who were disappointed to hear that he will no longer drop any project in such a wonderful package. The album as the rapper states was a personal one for him as he got to pour his heart and soul out of his past experiences.

The album is basically an open book, that he was focused on making up for his mistakes by respecting the mother of his two-year-old daughter Kairo.

“The most important thing is to have respect for the mother of your child, I’ve grown a lot, I made a lot of mistakes, I think it’s important for me to say, I’m no angel, I’m the villain of the story, and everyday I kind of live to make it up to my daughter and my daughters mom…I feel great, I feel revitalized by the music” he said in a recent interview on Gagazi FM.

Prior to the launch of his album, AKA took to social media posting about finding ‘rocks’ in his bedroom which sparked a conversation around his former lover Bonang Matheba, but as he’s left that in his past, the rapper is now in a better place.

“The rocks have been left in my past…a lot of things have happened in my life over the last few years and the music is really what got me through it, it really revitalised me. I just feel like in terms of the industry and in terms of my craft, I’m just in a good place… the bigger picture for me is to build my company…so for me, I just want to push this album, I’m convinced this is my last album…”
