Somizi Gets Sued R5 Million For Claiming “False” Sexual Encounter With Eric D. According to latest reports by Daily Sun, Eric D has recently sent a legal letter of demand to Media Personality Somizi who he claims made a false statement about him in his book Dominoes which he released last year.
The letter demands that Somizi recites a public apology for writing about Eric D without his consent “defaming” his character. The paper went on to allege that they are in possession of legal documents filed by Eric. Added to his demands is the amount of R5 Million he plans to sue SomG.
A letter from SP Mncwango & Company Attorneys, states:
“Our instructions are that you, Somizi Buyani Mhlongo, together with Lesley Mofokeng, published a book titled Dominoes, and in the said book on page 44 there are allegations made wherein it is stated that our client and Mr. Mhlongo had fondled and touched while sharing a bed with you.”
