Makhadzi Receives The Ubuntu Award

Makhadzi recieves the Ubuntu Award. South African singer and dancer Makhadzi has lately been making her mark in other industries. Makhadzi won an award at the Ubuntu Awards. The Ubuntu Awards recognizes people including artist who have helped build the tourism industry. The singer won under the category of Ubuntu Arts and Cultural Diplomacy Youth Award.

Makhadzi shared how grateful she is for winning this award and would not be where she is today if it was not for the people who push and carry her to greater heights. “From the bottom of my heart I appreciate all of you. Everything I win today is because of how you have carried me all these years. The journey was not easy but I learned it is important not to give up on yourself. To everyone out there who is pushing hard, please keep praying and working hard… God will do the rest”, Makhadzi shared.

The singer gave thanks to the Department and people that recognized and awarded her work in the industry. She added that she appreciate the love and support she receives from her fans, collaborators and help from her management.

Makhadzi has become a sensational South African artist and has made her mark on the music industry. The singer is adding this award to multiple awards she has received in the music industry. The singer has won the Afrima Award and has been awarded 18 gold and platinum plaques. It is without no doubt that the Matorokisi hit maker has been doing exceptionally well in her career and has been recognized in other industries.
