Rouge Releases Debut Album ‘The New Era Sessions’

Rouge has finally released her much anticipated debut album The New Era Session which consists of 15 songs that are all crafted differently with club-ready hooks and trap beats. Author and Rapper born Deko Barbara-Jessica Wedi is one of the women in the Hip Hop industry who have gone above and beyond to prove that females can be just as better rappers as men.

Her career is fast escalating, she ventured into the music scene in 2013 and has worked with big names such as AKA, Fifi Cooper, Moozlie and Bigstar Johnson. Her first released debut single titled ‘Party’ reached the number 1 spot on the popular 5FM hip hop show ‘The Stir Up’ back in 2014.

She delivers fierce, yet smooth rhymes. She is taking shots at rivals and dropping life lessons with this new album. Last year she was amongst the opening acts of Cassper Nyovest FillUpOrlandoStadium concert. This proves the success point her career is reaching. This album is one of her biggest projects so far and by the looks of things it is another key that will open many doors for her.
