Kabomo On The Previous 2 Days He Spent With HHP Before His Death. Taking to Instagram to remember the late star HHP who he spent time with two days before he died, Kabomo spoke of the moment they spent together and how his death affected him.
“You ased me to come record a verse for what would be your last album. What should have been a 30 minute session, ended up being a whole day chilling session. I heard your heart for the first time, I actually heard and felt what’s been haunting your dreams for all these years. I cried. You laughed at me for crying.”
The pair met just two days before HHP’s death.
“Two days before you passed to heaven, I called you to make a song for a compilation I had been producing. You came and smashed that record so beautifully. That’s the last time you made music. God chose me to be the last person you make music with. How do I live with that?”
Kabomo said that nothing in that moment had prepared him for HHP’s death.
“We laughed like we were kids. You seemed happy. We reminisced. We dreamt out loud. Two little kids drunk on music and planning a future we will never have. I love you brother. Always.”
