Ntsiki Mazwai Says People Who Got Attacked At The Global Citizen Deserved It. Poet and musician Ntsiki has once more got Tweeps on the heat of their thumbs when he expressed how the people who got robbed and stabbed at the Global Citizen event deserved it. The activist stated how the event was not good at all as it insulted the “poor” and sidelined most artists.
“The concept of this concert was evil, ugly and excluded most people. You deserved to get robbed for spitting in the faces of the poor. Then u put the show near the poor- aninyi perhaps?” tweeted Ntsiki.
Festival goers found themselves stranded and vulnerable to criminals outside the FNB Stadium after the concert, which attracted over 70,000 people on Sunday, December 2.
