Black Twitter Blames Tribalism On Banomoya Taking Over “Song Of The Year Title”

While most South Africans were rejoicing at Banomoya by Prince Kaybee ft. Busiswa & TNS taking over the title of Song Of The Year, others boldly expressed their dissapointment and judged Ukhozi FM for tribalism.

According to Oxford dictionary Tribalism is defined as the state of existing in tribes; also, tribal feeling; tribal prejudice or exclusiveness; tribal peculiarities or characteristics.

Each year Ukhozi FM which is 100% Zulu becomes the radio station to announce the Song Of The Year according to votes by South Africans. Most people felt King Monada’s Malwedhe deserved the title more than Prince Kaybee’s Banomoya.
