Cassper Nyovest Expresses Bitterness Over SAMAs For Failing To Nominate Doc Shebeleza . 2019 will be the 4th year now since rapper Cassper Nyovest decided to never submit his music for nomination at the SAMAs.
The star expressed a while back how he was enraged by the unfairness of his song Doc Shebeleza being denied nomination for Song Of The Year back in 2015.
Last year he decided that he did not need a Sama to prove worth.
“I didn’t submit Thuto (his latest album) for the Samas. It’s been a long debate at the office and as much as I love making the fans happy, I’m just over the Samas,” he said at the time.
This year was no different and not even a fan begging him to submit could change his mind. Artists had up until January 31 to submit their entries for the 2019 edition of the awards.
