Cassper Nyovest “Girls Hating On Each Other That S***T Ain’t Pretty”

Cassper Nyovest Says, “Girls Hating On Each Other That S***T Ain’t Pretty” – Cassper Nyovest created a controversy when he ushered to social media to post a video of two females listening to his single “Move For Me”.

Now, the caption shared along with the visuals raffled a few feathers. We are all aware as women we hold different perspectives in relation to beauty and the meaning of make-up. A fraction of women, maybe you perhaps, it’s all about the love of creating a look of beauty, with a smoky eye or a gleaming lip colour. While others perceive it as a tool to disguise areas they regard as imperfect.

Fans took an offence to the caption of highlighting that “pretty girls” listen to his song. The caption evoked mixed emotions of what beauty means to different people, making it appear as though Cassper Nyovest has a biased approach to beauty.

This is what one fan had to say: “So disappointing to see how we as females hate on other females. In fact, it’s heartbreaking and unnecessary. When will we realize that everyone is beautiful in their own way and you bashing another girl really says a lot about you? we too quick to stand together when we fight the male gender, but can’t stand together and uplift each other as women and appreciate the beauty of being a woman. How sad ?”

Another one had a distinct grasp concerning the caption:
“Joh joh..disappointing to read…by the way, tons of makeup and long eyelashes are considered pretty…well, let me take my natural beauty and go about my day…”

Cassper came to add another comment based on the comments that flooded in bashing the girls in his video labelling their look as “Fake,” most comments retaliated against the ideology of artificial beauty being set as the standard of beauty and overlooking those girls that embrace the natural look.

“Most comments here are girls hating on other girls. That shit ain’t pretty. Come on”

I don’t know if Cassper intended to insinuate that only girls that look like the ones appearing on the video qualify as beautiful. Perhaps for that moment he found those girls beautiful not rejecting the diversity that comes with beauty. Who knows? All we know amongst females the perspective of beauty still stands as a challenge.
