DJ Sbu Breaks His Silence On The Alleged Zahara Accusations! – Bulelwa Mkutukana, around known by her stage name Zahara, the South African songwriter, has sparked much controversy concerning her intimate wars with the music industry, to be direct her previous record label “TS Records” and she is currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against the owners.

DJ Sbu has been silent about the ordeal and focusing on being a “Hip Hop Ambassador” in America.  Now he has broken the silence and shared copies of documents. In the first document, it is written TS Records is no longer a trading company, but it does acknowledge the fact that it was owned by Sbusiso Leope and Mr Thembinkosi Nciza. And It says it was established in the year 2001 – and ceased to exist in 2015.

Well,  I don’t know what this means because he states all the rights of past musical creation, contracts, legal rights and agreements are still held liable under the company TS Records. He left details of their legal team on where they could be reached if any person needs any clarifications.

He has quoted bible scriptures along with the documentations maintaining Zahara has been paid everything that belongs to her, her money to her royalties, so, the documents make it seem like she got what she deserves. Now, the big question that comes to mind is, why would Zahara drag her self to such a mess and make herself a public spectator while she has been granted what belongs to her? Who is not telling the truth? There is more to this than what meets the eye and we are sticking around to find out, and we hope justice will be served.

He threw out the accusations, alleged by the “Loliwe” hit singer out of the window, I think its more like “Don’t Talk To Me, Talk to my lawyer” kind of vibe.

This particular quote he chose, for me stands out ” Lies run sprint, but the truth runs marathons. The truth will win this marathon in court” – DJ SBU has just proclaimed he is innocent and he is willing to go through court to prove it. There you have it ladies and gents, it has been spoken!
