Amanda Black A Powerful Voice Against Women And Child Abuse With Her New Visuals “Thandwa Ndim” – Amanda Black stands as a strong voice for our generation.
The golden voice of South Africa has emancipated visuals that speak to the hearts of South Africa against women and child abuse, the song has a beautiful melody and the lyrics are profound. The visuals depict women trapped in relationships that drive them to the urge with abuse, infiltrated with fear, they are afraid of walking away.
She has used her talent to call out, eradicate domestic violence against women and children. It stimulates women to circumscribe and fight this ill that circulates the corners of the world. She has used her status in society to raise awareness of what the average person has to succumb to on a daily base. In her song, she brings abuse to a spotlight, unearthing a possibility by reenacting possible scenarios of those affected, to attempt to show they too can extract themselves from such toxic relationships before it is too late
“I want ‘Thandwa Ndim’ to bring strength and courage to women who feel that they are trapped in toxic situations,” says Amanda Black of a song that she wrote after seeing a news report of yet another South African woman killed by her partner. “I want these women to understand that they are not alone and that they are truly loved.”
