Details Inside! O47 Is Set To Perform At “The National Arts Festival” – Afro-soul trio 047, the three (3) male band is the hot new thing in the Afro-pop scene.
They have blessed us with beautiful tunes that make us fall in love all over again.
The male group comprises of Ngcali Nundu, Lihle Baleni and Sihle Mdaka, and they were discovered by our golden voice singer Vusi Nova dating 2 years back.
In case you were wondering what their name denotes and pays tribute to their home town of Mthatha. Now, get ready, 047 will be making their debut at the National Arts Festival in Grahamstown. It is amazing how the troika launched to the peak of the music charts with their debut album titled Wen’Ungowam under the leadership of their guide Vusi Nova.
Things are looking great, the 047 has been nominated for best newcomer of the year at the SAFMA nomination event in May and with their recent radio charts, we have faith they will walk away being winners. They are set to leave Johannesburg at the end of June as they take to go back home.
The team is originally from Mthatha are exhilarated to return home and see the love their hometown will shower them during the festival.
