Dr Malinga Set To Launch A New Protective Product At The Durban July – Dr Malinga, the musician, entertainer wants to be unconventional and utilise the opportunity of attending the esteemed Durban July to officially establish his condom range in a distinct manner. Durban July is around the corner and he wants prominent stars to be at ease since his product will be available.

According to TshisaLive, the television personality stated that he has selected the date for Durban July to establish his product due to a prediction and anticipation of high sexual activities over the weekend.

“There are many customers there. I can’t keep my customers stranded so I decided to help them out.”

He stated his range of condoms will be sold at a fair-minded price for his target market, which will be R20 and he thinks its only fair.

“Some people will say it is cheap. Others will say it is expensive. But it is a good price for the quality you get, that Dr Malinga magic. It will be that price for the weekend and we will see after that.”

Now, Dr Malinga already has existing owned brands such as water and energy drinks, he is not a novice, although in this case, his focus will be distributing condoms to the stars and fans.

“We are talking to shops. We want them to stock the condoms. These are not just any condoms and I know people will want to use them.”

He mentioned to TshisaLIVE when he initially publicised the concept of venturing into the condom market, Dr Malinga stated he desired to offer protection within the entertainment space, where individuals tend to “forget themselves”.

“I am businessman and there’s a need for condoms. I am helping people because I realised that people need a constant reminder to protect themselves against things like HIV. I happen to be in an industry where bashes and parties are some of the popular places where people tend to ‘forget themselves’ so I am here to help them.”
