Watch! Babes Wodumo A “No Show” At Her Assault Case Against Mampintsha – Babes Wodumo does it again, previously it was a report of late coming, now a “no show” at the Pinetown Magistrate court. When you think, perhaps things have turned around for the better, this happens.

She was supposed to show up for a court case on Tuesday 11th of June 2019 for her assault against Mampintsha.

Bongekile, who is the victim in the case, was expected to avail herself before the court following the pair was introduced into the care of Families SA (Famsa) for mediation in amid Mampintsha’s last appearance.

Well, State prosecutor Ndoda January addressed the court that the GQOM Queen, real name is Bongekile Simelane, she was ailing, no specifics to the ailment. So, maybe this time it is for valid reasons.

If you can still recall Mampintsha handed himself over to police in March following the assault charges, Bongekile Simelane launched a case of assault opposing him after a live video was shared to her Instagram account in which the likes of Mampintsha was slapping her countless times.

Now, Tuesday Mampintsha’s lawyer, Pat Magwaza, told reporters that the scheduled session they had with Famsawas a success. According to TimesLive, this is what he stated:

“The assessment is not yet done. They have [had] one session with Famsa but they still need more,” said Magwaza.

It is said the matter will return on the 9th of July 2019.
