Her seventh album _Power of Dreams was launched earlier this month. She took to social media to share visuals of her at the gym doing the most, sis Judith is a beast.

She two-year break, pressurising herself, refrained from pleasing other people and forgetting about herself. Clearly, this has worked out. She is back making music and keeping a healthy mind and body. Go, Sis!
