Watch! Zahara’s Acceptance Speech & Dance Moves At #kigalijazzjunction – The Kigali Jazz Junction celebrated its fourth anniversary.
In its consistent four years, the monthly jazz forum has attracted a huge following of jazz music fanatics and established itself as the premiere calendar music event in Kigali.
Our own South African jazz/soul vocalist Bulelwa Mkutukana, prominently known as Zahara, one of the most celebrated performers for the show, she performed on Friday May 31st, at Camp Kigali. She was not alone, she was rubbing shoulders with other foreign headline act, the likes of Kenyan rapper Nyashinski. Fast-rising local new musical kid on the bloc, Amalon, real name Amani Bizimana.

This is not the first time the songbird, Zahara first performed in Rwanda, she did in May last year when she graced that month’s edition of the Kigali Jazz Junction.
