Although, he has since trended for other reasons too, engaging in a Twar with Cassper over who has bigger arms, which was quite hilarious and unexpected from his end.
Now, he ushered to social media to share his thoughts concerning artists in the industry, asserting, longevity is not sustained by money. As an artist, you must know it is not about money.
The Fetch your Life producer explicated that what he has grasped is that, supporters, fans are concerned about the music classification, and the artist’s legacy, when they are gone for good in this world, people will hold on to the impact the artist had.
So, What is Kaybee’s point? All the aspiring artist need to make their central point creating quality music and not prioritise money and that will pay off in the future.
“I don’t think anyone cares about your money dear artist/ Dj/ musician whatever you call yourself! Get in the studio and over commit to making music because that’s what we want you to leave behind a catalogue,” he stated.
In his statement he reveals, money does make your life as an artist easier, especially in creating music, although it is not, or it should be not a barrier for someone else to push through.
He shared a back story on how he produced his rise to stardom track with limited resources, borrowed laptop, at the rare end of a tavern where he was a resident DJ.
