Loyiso Gijana Celebrates Major Milestone On YouTube

Loyiso Gijana Celebrates Major Milestone On YouTube. Former “Idols SA” contestant Loyiso Gijana has expressed his excitement and gratitude after receiving a YouTube plaque for reaching 100k subscribers. The star uses his YouTube channel to promote his music career and share his talent with his fans.

The singer took to his Instagram account to share the news with his fans. In a Tik Tok video shared on Instagram, the singer showed off the plaque and thanked his subscribers for the support. “Wow, I’m just really blown away by the support!! I know I didn’t say much but I mean this speaks for itself. Super grateful. This is for the people that pushed me to do this and the people that helped me grow it.  MAD LOVE,” captioned Loyiso.

Fans and industry peeps congratulated the star. One fan wrote: “Amazing! I just subscribed. You are incredible. And I’m from Uitenhage, now living in England. My best friend who’s British shared a post of yours and when I heard your voice, I just had to check you out. Then I saw you were from South Africa and I was like YAS and then I saw Uitenhage and I was like waaaaah!”

The star melted the hearts of many South Africans some time last year with his touching gender based violence awareness song titled Madoda Sabelani. The song calls on men to stop being quiet on issues of GBV, following the growing spate of violence and killings against women and children. Both the song and video went viral on social media
