DJ Maphorisa Reveals What Fans Need To Expect Since Cancellation Of Scopiorn Kings Concert Amid the #CoronaVirusOutbreak – President Cyril Ramaphosa addressed the nation on Sunday evening outlining the measures South Africa is taking in dealing with the coronavirus.
Ramaphosa’s address comes after a special cabinet meeting to discuss measures to contain the spread of the virus.
At least 61 people have been infected in South Africa.
- Coronavirus pandemic declared a national state of disaster.
- Schools will be closed on Wednesday 18 March until after the Easter weekend. The mid-year holidays will be made a week shorter to compensate for this.
- There will be a travel ban on foreign nationals from high-risk countries, including Italy, US, China and Iran, with immediate effect.
- Visas from high-risk countries will be cancelled.
DJ Maphorisa took to social media to share an apology attached with a statement concerning their much-anticipated show being cancelled due to the Corona pandemic.
