KellyKhumalo Announces Her own Gin Brand – More and more South African celebrities are venturing into the alcohol industry and judging from the past few months, they are ready to make some serious moves.

Commencing on last years summer’s Mango vs Watermelon (AKA are battle magapu!) To some ‘elegant’ entries into the world of luxury alcohols; Mzansi’s most famous stars are not playing any games. Musicians such as J’something, DJ Sbu have paved the way with their own alcohol brands.

Kelly is known for controversy, hence the name makes sense. Songstress Kelly Khumalo’s most hurtful backlash is being called a “killer” five years after ex-boyfriend Senzo Meyiwa’s murder. 

Senzo was shot dead in an alleged botched robbery at Kelly’s mother’s home in Vosloorus in 2014. The killer is yet to be brought to book. 

Kelly Khumalo has had a difficult few years when it comes to finding love. Most of her relationships have endured tragic or controversial endings.

Recently when she publicly divorce she had a fall out with her sister Zandie Khumalo, when she publicly divorced her after Kelly distanced herself from an alleged scam involving Zandie’s Husband.

Kelly took to social media on the 6th of March 2020 to announce her own bran of gin “Controversy,” that will be exclusively sold at Makro. She keeps on winning despite all the trolling.
