Prince Kaybee International Performance Cancelled Due To The #Coronavirus – The entertainment industry has rapidly responded to the CDC’s warning that people should brace for a coronavirus outbreak.
Globally, there are over 90,000 confirmed cases of coronavirus, identified as COVID-19, primarily in mainland China, where it originated. In an effort to prevent spreading the virus, a number of concerts, festivals, film and TV shoots, and other events have been cancelled, rescheduled, or modified.
More than 20,000 music events between January and March have been cancelled or postponed in China and Hong Kong, costing 2 billion yuan ($286 million) in ticketing and box-office losses, according to the China Association of Performing Arts.
This pandemic dilemma is affecting all artists, citizens across the globe, our own South African creatives who travel for performance will also be greatly affected.
Prince Kaybee took to social media on the 11th March 2020 to reveal he will no longer be going to Turkey for his performance because the show has been cancelled.
