Several celebs have also helped by giving food and raising money. The music producer has raised over R411 000 through his ‘Home Brewed’ music session.
Through a poster, Black Coffee has announced that he will be connecting with media personality, Minnie Dlamini-Jones and Jaguar South Africa on this week Saturday’s streaming session. The funds that will be raised from the music streaming session will be handed over to the Red Cross South Africa. This if for the organisation’s ‘#FeedingSATogether’ campaign during the Covid-19 period.
Black Coffee says, “I’m on a mission from now until this lockdown is over to raise as much money to causes that speak to me. With your help, I’ve already raised well over 411k ZAR!” The music producer believes that people should not sleep with a hungry stomach, even during this pandemic. The producer also stated that the food packages that are put together by Red Cross South Africa can feed families for about a month.
