Africa Day is a huge thing in the African continent. The coronavirus pandemic would not stop the diverse people on the continent from celebrating the beautiful day, even if it means celebrating it virtually. Artists from the continent got together and celebrated the day with YouTube and Mtv Base Africa, with Idris Elba being the host.

The artists that were on the line-up included the well renowned producer Maphorisa. The artists had South African had the whole country happy. However, Maphorisa had the whole country cheering him on till this day with amapiano, he also featured the amapiano king Kabza De Small. The producer thanked South Africa for the support that they have given him. “I appreciate [you] Sauta I just need [you] guys to be proud of the boy…,” says Maphorisa.
