Sho Madjozi’s 2019 was one of the best in SA music. Her 2020 also started to be promising; it hasn’t stopped due to the lockdown. The electro musician was hit up by United Kingdom hip hop artist Stormzy for a feature.

‘Own It’ by Stormzy featuring Ed Sheeran and Burna Boy went to the top of the music charts in the United Kingdom. Due to the track gaining traction around the globe, Stormzy hit up Sho Madjozi for a remix of the track. The musician has been making waves internationally for her unique music style. The musician couldn’t believe that she was featured on the track. “…I can’t believe this is real life…let’s goo.” Her fans were happy for her.
