It was recently announced that ‘Umlilo’ and the daughter of legendary Winnie Khumalo, Rethabile Khumalo, was involved in a horrific car accident. Winnie Khumalo went on social media to ask people to pray for her daughter as she was badly injured in the car accident. The singer went on to acknowledge that she was injured.

She also asked her followers to not be worried because she wasn’t severely injured. “I will be fine…I luckily wasn’t badly injured. I suffered some bruises on my face that might leave scarring but I will be fine. Please let my fans know that I will be fine. I am out of hospital,” Rethabile Khumalo told TshisaLive. The artist was good enough to perform for her fans live in courtesy of Joox on Monday. She went on to sing her new songs.

The artist’s face was visibly swollen and her left eye was covered up with bandages. This, however, didn’t stop her from an amazing singer on the live. Her fans were also informed and thanked on the singer’s Instagram account.
