Black Twitter Stands Up For Babes Wodumo. A video recording of an Instagram Live interview between Tha and Babes Wodumo made rounds on the internet.

A video recording of an Instagram Live interview between Tha and Babes Wodumo made rounds on the internet. However, it was suggested that the singer took an illegal substance in the live interview. At the end of the live, Tha can be heard saying that babes won’t change. He is also supposedly heard saying that the Gqom queen took cocaine while he and the world were watching her while he was crying.

However, Black Twitter users felt as if the man was defaming Babes Wodumo’s character because they didn’t see her sniffing cocaine on the live. Most people just saw her crying when she spoke about her life. One social media user says, “Who the f**k is this Simelane guy…I mean like fake tears… How does he identify cocaine on an online interview…Babes Wodumo was just whipping her tears…Which she was doing almost all the time…” One user says, “Am I the only one who didn’t see Babes taking cocaine in that video? That Tha guy is pure trash. Also the questions he was asking were dizzy…”

“Stha was very wrong to says such things on that live yesterday. Drunk or not it wasn’t okay. Babes didn’t take any cocaine. It seems like he always wanted to say such to her and took advantage of her vulnerable state [yesterday],” says Valencia Maseko. One user says, “Babes needs help & support…and this guy over here is not it. Even if Babes took cocaine (which she did not) how can he say such destroying words, to someone who is already breaking. Love & light to Babes.” One social media user says, “Tha is as fake as the come and it’s nothing new. But for him to accuse Babes of taking Cocaine during that live? That is low…”
