The late legendary gospel singer Sfiso Ncwane’s children are allegedly taking their stepmother Ayanda Ncwane to court. This is supposedly so that they could get a hold of their father’s estate. The two children, Snqobile Mzelemu and Sduduzo Dlamini, have reportedly taken the issue to the Master of the High Court.
The children are allegedly represented by Sduduzo’s mother, Pinky Dlamini. They are accusing Ayanda Ncwane of being dishonest and wanting everything for herself. They also allegedly state that they want the widow of Sfiso Ncwane taken off as the executor of the estate. The now 18-year-old Snqobile Mzelemu reportedly claims to have seen the late Sfiso Ncwane’s will. She says that she was left with nothing and that when her father was alive he used to maintain her.
The child spoke to Daily Sun, saying that she does not get money anymore. The daughter supposedly states that she wants a piece of the estate due to her not being able to support herself. Pinky Dlamini is reported to not be working at the moment and is not able to sustain Sduduzo Dlamini, that is why she wants a piece of the estate. The will states that the singer left his assets to Ayanda Ncwane, the will was signed on October 2016 and the singer passed away on December 5 2016.
