Prince Kaybee Apologizes After Being Accused For Stealing Song From Aspiring Producer. Prince Kaybee has been accused for stealing a song from aspiring music producer DJ Trumpet, the ‘Gugulethu’ musician then apologized and said to clarify the issue.

Prince Kaybee had been in a tight position on Twitter after he had shared a snippet teaser of his new upcoming song with Rethabile. An aspiring artist, DJ Trumpet had previously collaborated with Rethabile on the song and it initially had a different name.

Kabillion had stated that he came up with the beat and Rethabile was credited for the lyrical content. After DJ Trumpet had the snippet teaser of the song he commented and said that the original version of the song was titled ‘Isivunguvungu’.

Prince responded and apologized to DJ Trumpet and stated that he would seek clarity on the matter from Rethabile’s mother and manager, Winnie Khumalo. Winnie confirmed that they work with Trumpet but he was then fired because of disrespect. They saw no problem for the song lyrics to be used on a Prince Kaybee beat as she wrote them.

The ‘Fetch Your Life’ DJ has decided not to release the song as DJ Trumpet has been trying to tarnish his name for the song.. He has apologized on social media and also clarified with Rethabile’s manager saying that they saw if still fit to use the song as they are using lyrics written by Rethabile and a new beat by Prince Kaybee.
