Rouge and Amanda Black have collaborated on a phenomenal track titled ‘Senzeni Na’. The Rouge track speaks about gender based violence. On the release of the track, Amanda Black went on social media to speak about gender based violence.

“We still don’t know what we have done to deserve being treated like less than humans. Being raped and killed every day for no reason. There isn’t reason enough why a 19 year old girl should die untimely at the hands of a man because she didn’t want him anymore,” says the singer. The musician went on to commend hip hop artist Rouge for creating the special song. “I hope this song soothes many hearts and heals many broken souls, [Rouge] you made a special one here. Love and light to all affected by GBV and Sexual Assault and Safe travels to the spirits that have left us and peace and stillness to the tormented spirits here with us,” says Amanda Black.

Social media users also commended Rouge for the track. DJ Dimplez says, “Dope Joint by [Rouge] and Amanda Black. Congrats on the new single.” One social media user says, “Rouge dropping the [Senzeni Na] track and it coming out Tory really did shoot Megan goes to show how the violence from us men is a constant.” The song comes after the murder of 19-year-old Wits student from the Eastern Cape, Kwasa was murdered allegedly by her ex boyfriend.
