DJ Fresh has been in the entertainment industry for quite some time and he has also helped other people who look up to him in the industry. Proverb is one of the people that have been mentored by the radio legend in 2003. The Idols SA presenter has dropped off his memoir book titled the ‘Book Of Proverb’ personally to the 94.7 offices.
“The Book Of Proverb…2003 [Adil] hounded me about giving some kid a break to be a technical producer for my breakfast show on [YFM]! There was min budget so I had to pay him myself! That kid just dropped off his new book! I love you [Proverb]!! Took the ball. Ran with it. Bought the stadium,” says DJ Fresh. Proverb responded to the heartfelt message by saying, “I love, appreciate and respect you Big Dawg…”
Social media users also reacted to the beautiful message by DJ Fresh. Fellow radio and television host Adil says, “That’s what you do when you love’m but you can’t afford to take care of’m further…Dump them at the door step of a family that can afford with a note ‘Plz take care of my bitjienyana’…Well done [Proverb] I look up to you…”
