Synth Peter has recently published his remix version of Tatum’s song ‘Fever’ under record label Bad Future Records. The electro song is something that has not been heard from the dance artist’s wide production abilities. The music producer took the song to another height with his filthy bass lines, insane drops and beautiful beats.
The music producer says that he first discovered the track when he driving around in his car. It was playing on radio and immediately caught his attention. He thought that the song was by an international musician. “As usual, I flipped out my Shazam and discovered Tatum. Tatum’s soft vocals and harmonies had me mesmerised and I was immediately inspired to remix the track. The moment I got home, I sent Tatum a DM on Insta asking if she would let me try and remix ‘Fever’. She said yes, I got in my spaceship and started pushing the buttons,” says Synth Peter.
The vocalist, Tatum, went on to say that the song is about letting the wrong person into one’s life. “Intense love can feel like a fever, but a fever is usually a sign of a deeper infection,” says Tatum. Synth Peter says that when he created the remix he didn’t have any genre mind but he just wanted to give the track attitude and power, while also holding on to the smooth vocals by Tatum.
