DJ Sbu’s Nakupenda Reaches 3 Million Views. Dj Sbu has reached yet another milestone after his song Nakupenda featuring Alikiba reaches over 3 million views on YouTube. The video dropped on the 28th December, 2020 and it is a great achievement to reach 3 million views in just one month.
Dj Sbu took to social media to thank everyone who has showed their support to the track for making it a success. Posting the video, he captiioned: “3 MILLION VIEWS IN 1 MONTH @kingsmusictz + @homegrownm_sa WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU IN MAKING HISTORY WITH US.”
The two artists have both been promoting the track since its release and it has proven to be a hit with music fans across their individual countries and all over the world continue to stream the video.
DJ Sbu confirmed that he was leaving radio and returning to music full time. The song comes after the DJ broke the world record for the longest radio music show for 216 hours of non-stop radio to raise funds for a charity organisation. To celebrate the milestone, entrepreneur and DJ Sbu released his brand-new album titled, Homecoming: The African Odyssey, with his first official music video for single, Nakupenda, featuring Tanzania’s Alikiba.
