Just In! ‘Kalawa Jazmee Records’ Signs All Top 5 Idols Contestants. Recording artist and DJ Oskido‘s Kalawa Jazmee Records has signed a deal with Idols SA last year in 2020, to sign the Idols season 16 winner. The record deal comes after the show parted ways with Gallo Record Company after three years. As Idols SA’s new recording home, Kalawa will be in charge of winner’s management and marketing.

Well, that was the deal until recent changes were announced on Kalawa Jazmee’s official page. After the President eased the restrictions of the new level 3 lockdown, the record posted: “So since President @CyrilRamaphosa #VuliGate, how about you book @ZamaKhumalofor all your mini gatherings. Here are all the details.” However, it does not end there.

Few days later, the official page of ‘Kalawa’ made a new announcement that Zanothando, who was in the Top4 of the Idols season 16 competition, was also joining the record label. “If you haven’t heard, @zanothandosa is officially part of the University of Kalawa. If you would like to book him, here are the details,” captioned the record label with Zanothando’s image.

Few more days, a new announcement was made again, introducing a new member from the Idols Top 5 wit a caption: “Hey! It doesn’t end there, we actually signed all FIVE! Oh yes, @Black_Ndoni is part of the University of Kalawa! If you would like to book her for your intimate weddings or gigs, she is just an e mail away!”

“We are looking forward to a new intake of University of Kalawa Jazmee students in the form of Idols winners, and to create South Africa’s next star,” said Oskido.
