MFR Souls Reacts To Amanikiniki Reaching A Gold Status
The song that made Mzansi dance last year, Amanikiniki has been certified Gold. The Amapiano hit by MFR Souls features producer-DJs Major League, vocalist Kamo Mphela and Bontle Smith released last year. The song was released after it became high on demand after Kamo Mphela danced to it on Instagram early last year.
The duo took to their joint Instagram account to appreciate al the artists featured on the Amanikiniki song and also to announce with excitement the news of Amanikiniki reaching a gold status. See below:

Bontle also took to social media to announce the news thanking both God and the fans for showing love and support. On the pictures, Bontle Smith and MFR Souls duo are seen posing with a gold plaque, captioned: “God is good….. thank you to everyone who shows love and support.. this is for you. #AMANIKINIKI.”
The official account of Sony Music Africa also shared the video of the song, notifying the public that song has reached a Gold status, caption: “It’s Gold Babe…. – Bontle Smith @mfr_souls ‘Amanikiniki’ ft @MAJORLEAGUEDJZ, @Kamo_mphelaxx & @BontleSmith has reached Gold Status.”
The music video also hit over 11 million views of YouTube, five months later.
