Black Coffee Drops Music Video Of His Hit Single “Lost” From Subconsciously Album. Black Coffee and DJ Angelo has released a music video for their hit single “Lost” featuring Jinadu from Black Coffee’s album titled Subconsciously, which features collaborations likes of Pharrell Williams, Cassie, Diplo and Usher, Sabrina Claudio. Directed by Laura Marciano, the new music video features a group of children who are the main characters, taking care of themselves.
Taking to social media, the DJ shared a short snippet of t=what the video looks like captioned: “A tale of the times… the official music video for “Lost” is out NOW! A collaboration of the minds… so proud to release this stunning, yet simple visual for my collaboration with DJ Angelo featuring the voice of @JinaduIsMusic #Subconsciously.”
The slow house track talks about feeling lost and not having a sense of direction. The video starts out with the children waking up alone and getting dressed, and walking around the streets unsupervised. “We wanted the music video for ‘Lost’ to be as visually evocative of the song as possible,” Black Coffee explains. “Something thought provoking that would urge the viewer to contemplate current circumstances across the globe but also convey the song simply but beautifully,” said Black Coffee.
The star released his multi-award winning debut album Pieces Of Me, which made him end up collaborating with the likes of Drake, Alicia Keys and David Guetta.
