Kabza De Small Appreciates His Mom For Hustling With Him. South African Amapiano king Kabelo Motha, famously known as Kabza De Small is one of the younget amapiano producers. Kabza is know for being one of the pioneers of the biggest genre in the country at the moment, Amapiano. The genre started becoming very big in the years 2018 but Kabza was recognised for working on it in the late 2010’s.
The star has shown a whole lot of appreciation and gratitude to his mother who helped him become the star he is today. Taking to his Instagram, the star shared his before and after snaps with his mother. In a before post, the image shows Kabza and his mother selling his very first album on the side of the road. Kabza’s mentor and friend DJ Maphorisa recently said in an interview that he chose to work with Kabza because of the mind blowing talent he has and that he has learnt a lot from him. “He blew my mind with his songs, I started listening to his mixes and I said ‘yoh’ this guy created his own world. I wanted to learn a lot about this Amapiano thing so I started going to his parties. I didn’t want my own experience to mess up the whole Piano genre,” said Maphorisa.
