Naakmusiq Details How His Beef With Prince Kaybee Started. In the latest controverial interview with MacG, Naakmusiq spoke on his beef with music producer Prince Kaybee. Naak told his side of he story and detailed how it started. One viewer in the comment section asked Naak to talk about his beef with Prrince Kaybee and the star revealed that he was actually comfortable to talk to about it.
“That started off very nicely and I’m very comfortable talking about this guy because even me, I don’t understand where it went wrong. We did a lot couple of gigs together and then I was on WhatsApp with Kaybee on a regular basis and we would argue about certain things,” said Naak. Naak explained that Kaybee was always at Afro studio as he would hang out with Tira a lot, and was he.
“I don’t know what it was about or what started it but I remember, I mean If I consider you as my brother, I should be able to tell you when you are doing something wrong or rather when you are doing something that I am not comfortable about. In fact, if I don’t tell you that then it means that I don’t consider you as my brother. So it was one of those situations, I don’t even know what it was about with Prince Kaybee. I remember just saying something and then he laughed and said it’s just me being competitive.”
“I told him to relax and then it got a bit tense, I had just bought this M6 that’s parked outside. And then I saw his Whatsapp status, he’s like, ‘Jesus Christ! this car looks like a boat’ the image was of the same car as mine and a trash emoji next to it and I laughed and said if only you knew how much the extras alone on that car cost, it could probably buy a couple of your entry-level Mercedes Benz.”
Naak said he sensed a bit of animosity from there and it got a bit personal from there, however he just left it. “I remember not too long after that sending a text to Prince Kaybee, saying – at the end of the day be likeable. A lot of people will misinterpret the kind of person you are and that was long before he became big on Twitter.”
“I did promise him hands since he was disrespectful and that day I was pissed off. I wrote what I wrote and I meant it, not that I don’t mean it now. If I see Prince now and the situation doesn’t allow me to do anything then I wont. That was the first time I got into that calibre on social media, even my fans know,” Naak added.
