DJ Da Kruk Scores Ibiza Makeda Radio Show Residency!
South African touring DJ, music producer, creative entrepreneur and radio host, Kutloano “Da Kruk” Nhlapo has earned a June 2021 residency on Playasol Ibiza Radio show, Makeda.
Focusing on and further raising the flag for the originally South African Amapiano music genre, Da Kruk will come in represented through UK-based radio station, Drums Radio from 10PM to 12AM on Thursday June 17th.
“Ama International is a radio show slot I host that has been on air since last year and it’s amazing to see how Amapiano has grown as a genre and movement ever since. I am also set to drop my first Amapiano single on Friday June 11, 2021”, says an excited Da Kruk.
Born out of the need to fill a gap in Ibiza’s music scene that until now has not been taken up by any radio chain, Ibiza Radio 92.4 is a brand new project from Playasol Ibiza Hotels. A radio station with local coverage in Ibiza and Formentera which offers an alternative musical style from electronic music.
Da Kruk’s residency is set to be broadcast throughout Ibiza and Formentera, as Playasol Ibiza boasts a prime location on the island and is equipped with the latest sound and radio broadcasting technology, further growing his brand and international influence.
