Buhle Mda announces upcoming prayer session for the entertainment industry. Group member of The Soil and singer Buhle Mda organized a get together session to pray for the people on the entertainment sphere.
After a number of fatalities amongst the entertainment industry, Buhle took to her Instagram page to share a post of invite, a prayer session called A Prayer For The Entertainment Industry. She shared details of the prayer session and invited everyone who can make it. The prayer session is set to take place on the 22nd of March 2023 at For Art Sake Creative Hub in Johannesburg. The session will start at 18:30 in the evening. She urged people to bring a candle.
“The only thing I have is a prayer. Bring a candle and come join us please. Details provided on the poster. NB please make sure you RSVP because space is limited. There will be floor sitting so bring a blankie or mat to sit on”, Buhle shared.
There are concerns regarding people passing away in the music industry. The singer shared that a prayer might help during this time. Buhle has been sharing how devastated she is following Jazz singer Gloria Bosman. “I don’t know how many times I stopped myself from posting about your passing. Sis Gloria I am crying typing this and feel sore. I’m so gutted mother. I pray God receive your vibrant soul. I can’t believe to think how Lisa and Siphesihle feel, you were such a cool mom and grandmother, a hilarious one too”, Buhle shared.
People are looking forward to the prayer session and shared that this is what the country needs at this time. “Just what we all need right now”, said one of her followers.
