Lady Zamar Weighs In On The Unfair Treatment Black Women Receive Over Non- Black Women

Lady Zamar weighs in on the unfair treatment black women receive over non- black women. Afro pop singer and songwriter Lady Zamar spoke out about the difference between a black woman and a non- black woman when it comes to cases against black men.

Lady Zamar took to her Twitter page to express how she feels about the treatment women of colour get after calling out a black man for his behaviour. She shared that when a black woman says something against a black man, her intentions are to destroy whilst a non- black woman can say something and will be believed. She added that black women are labelled as bitter when they try to seek justice and they are also trying to wreck a man’s reputation.

“When a black woman says something against a black man it’s “she is trying to destroy him” and, “insufficient evidence for a successful prosecution means she lied”. Let a non black woman say the same thing about the same man there are no ulterior motives just “the truth”. suddenly that non black woman isn’t “bitter” just seeking justice. It’s funny how black people wanna say a lot about a black woman who is successful and holds her own and still try make her out to want to “ruin” a “good” man’s reputation like she has anything to gain by doing that”, Lady Zamar tweeted.

Moreover, Lady Zamar further added that black women are not protected. The singer expressed how she feels that black people’s oppressors won by convincing black women that sending a man to jail, and calling a man out for his bad deeds, is a huge crime in comparison to the crime the man had committed. She further said that black women are convinced to protect men and suffer in silence, and if they do not, they will get punished.

“The black persons oppressors won coz they managed to convince the black race that their women are not worth protecting, they convinced black women that sending a fellow black man to jail or telling on him was a bigger crime than the crimes he had committed… They managed to convince the blk women that suffering in silence is a strength and it’s better to protect their men than protect themselves or else their communities would punish them for it. and make no mistake… they will punish you, villainize you and turn you into a pariah”, Lady Zamar tweeted.

Tweeps were not happy about her tweet and came for the singer. They shared that the singer must not make this about race and about her, instead she must blame it on the system and the law.
