Ntsiki Mazwai express regrets for her past tweets about women. Musician and poet Ntsiki Mazwai apologizes for her unsavory tweets about women.
Ntsiki had said unappealing things about women on her Twitter page and is know for her controversial tweets. She took to her Twitter page to retract any negative thing she had said about women and their appearances including her tweets about women wearing weaves. This comes after music entrepreneur Nota Baloyi had commented something distasteful about women.
Ntsiki shared that she feels like she also played a part in opening a space for men to throw distasteful words about women. She shared that it is her rants that enabled people like Nota Baloyi to attack and disrespect women. She further added that she will take responsibility and admit that the reason why men on Twitter are in women’s business is because of her rants.
“I am actually partly to blame. My weave rants enabled clowns and scoundrels like Nota to start abusing women about weaves freely and disrespectfully. I am partly responsible for men thinking women’s hair is their business. I regret shame, I regret”, Ntsiki Mazwai had tweeted.
The musician also shared that she is not a female version of Nota Baloyi. She is not a fan of the music entrepreneur and does not agree with most of his rants. Tweeps had been comparing that two because of their controversial tweets. “The biggest insult is being compared to Nota, right now he is harrasing a family that is grieving. You’ve never seen me stoop so low. All because we both speak good English nglish and are vocal”, Ntsiki Mazwai had tweeted.
