Taking to her Instagram page, Thandiswa shared pictures taken on her daughter’s graduation. Her daughter who she shares with singer Stoan, Malaika Mazwai graduated from AFDA with Bachelor of Arts in Motion Picture Medium. The singer shared how proud she is of her daughter through an instagram caption. “A graduate. Congratulations to our lovely daughter, we are so proud of you. Here’s to a new chapter”, Thandiswa Mazwai shared.
Her daughter also took to her Instagram story to express gratitude and show love to the people who supported her throughout her educational journey. “Couldn’t have had a better graduation. Thank you to my friends that came through, my grandmother who flew out and my amazing moms. None of this would’ve been possible without you. I love you and thank you so much”, said Malaika Mazwai.
Thandiswa is one of the parents who loudly support her daughter in whatever that she does. Like when she shared that her daughter is about to venture into television production and writing. She shared that she will be walking this journey with her and love how enthusiastic she is. “PS guys my daughter is about to start TV producer/ writer career. The name is Malaika Mazwai, you already know. I’ve been rocking with her since her day 1. I love the fire she holds in her eyes”, Thandiswa had tweeted.
