DJ Cleo Graduates From Wits University

DJ Cleo graduates from Wits university. House music DJ and producer DJ Cleo celebrates being a graduate from the University of Witwatersrand.

DJ Cleo made education fashionable again by going back to school to get his qualification. In 2020, the DJ made a decision to start his journey as a student. He took to his Twitter page to share that he is finally embarking on a journey that he had been ignoring for the past 20 years. “Today I embark on journey that I’ve ignored for almost 20 years. I’m nervous and excited. It’s gonna take a lot of dedication, hard work, sweat and tears. I hope I can inspire many people out there, I’m ready. See ya’ll in 2023 on graduation day”, DJ Cleo had tweeted.

The DJ’s dream to be a graduate became a reality as he collected his qualification on the 24th of April 2023. He recently took to his social media pages to share a picture of himself in a graduation attire and announced that he is finally a graduate. The DJ had previously shared in his interview on Kaya 959 that he was studying BA in Business Management and Media Studies. He also shared that he decided to keep a low profile so that he could focus on his school work.

Now that the DJ has graduated, he is now back into making music. He released his new single on the 6th of April 2023 titled Bayezweni. He also announced his new venture as he will be launching his own podcast. The name of his podcast is Eskhaleni_podkhast and the first episode will premiere on the 1st of May 2023.
