DJ Fresh reveals new developments about the rape allegations case. Music DJ and radio personality DJ Fresh gives an update on his court case with Nampree.

DJ Fresh felt the need to address what is currently pending with his case after he was accused of rape. He took to Twitter to share that being dragged by Nampree to court was a total “waste of his time”. He shared that the person who accused him and DJ Euphonik of rape demanded an apology and an amount of R500K. He also shared that she lost the case and is now obligated to pay their legal costs.

“Not your face @Nampree dragging us to court demanding an apology, R500K and to restrain us. She has been told to go jump, and to pay our legal costs. What a total waste of the court’s time @euphonik”, DJ Fresh had tweeted.

In 2021, a social media activist named Nampree accused the two DJ’s, DJ Fresh and Euphonik of sexual assault that happened 11 years ago. They have been in and out of court, however the case was dropped by NPA due to insufficient evidence. Right after the case was dropped, the two DJ’s sued Nampree for an amount of R500K for defamation of character.

Right after the DJ shared the information on Twitter, tweeps took to the comment section to share that even though Nampree did not win the case, they still believe her. Seems like the DJ could not handle the heat as he decide to take down the tweet.
