Holly Rey returns with a new single. House music singer and songwriter famously known as Holly Rey makes a come back onto the music scene with a new sound.
Holly took to her social media pages to announce that she is ready to bless her fans with music as she readies her new single. She shared that her new single will be released on the 28th of April 2023 and is titled Slow Down. The singer worked with three incredible producers on her new set to release single. “Are you ready for new music? Slow down is dropping on the 28th of April 2023 with a surprise feature. I also got to work with the incredible @kukhvnyile @bonjglobal @clemcarr. Get excited cause it’s insane”, Holly Rey shared.
In a clip posted by the singer, she shared what inspired the song and what her fans can expect from it. She shared that the song is inspired by love and it has a new fresh sound. She also shared her new sound has a dash of afro beat and it’s a new Holly Rey sound. She further added that she has a surprise feature for her new single. (Watch the clip below).
Holly Rey stepped onto the music scene with a hit single that brought her into the spotlight titled Deeper in 2018. Her song won the Record of the year award at the SAMAs. Holly went on to release more music that topped charts. She also released her debut EP titled Unconditional that was inspired by what she had went through and decided to take a step back from the music sphere.
Anticipating her new release, fans shared that they have been waiting for new music and cannot wait for the new single.
