Mixed Reactions Pour Following Black Motion’s Performance At U’R

Mixed reactions pour following Black Motion’s performance at U’R. Tweeps shared their observations on the second performance of Black Motion with a new member.

Black Motion had their second performance with a new member on the 7th of April 2023. After a former member of Black Motion named Murdah Bongz left Black Motion to become a solo artist, Black Motion did not die but instead came back with someone new. Thabo Smol is joined by Kabelo Kona popularly known as Problem Child.

The duo gave their first fire performance in November 2022 at a music festival called Tastic Heritage Festival. People on social media reacted to that performance and shared how much they love the new member of Black Motion. Whilst some were showing love to the new member, others were still attached to the former member of Black Motion sharing that Black Motion will never be the same without him.

Tweeps recently took to Twitter to also share how they feel about the new member’s progress thus far by referencing a performance they had at U’R that was broadcasted on Channel O. They shared that they are happy that Black Motion had been revived and that the new member is doing great thus far. “New Black Motion member got that good vibe, Long live the Motion”, a tweep said.

Whilst others were giving props to the duo, others shared that they miss the old Black Motion because of their electric performances and said that Black Motion will never be the same without Murdah Bongz. They further added that the new duo does not have chemistry in comparison to the old Black Motion. “I miss the original Black Motion, when they’d have dance off’s during sets”, a tweep said.
