Monique Bingham speaks about where she has been and new music. Singer and songwriter Monique Bingham opened up about where she has been as she had not been releasing any music and what is next for her.

Monique took a break from the music industry and is now back with new music. She shared her reasons for her hiatus on her recent interview. Speaking to Tbose at Kaya 959, Monique opened up about what led her to step back from the music sphere. She shared that one of the reasons she went awol is because of COVID19 that kept her in the United States. She also expressed that she was about to work on a video with music producer Oskido and COVID19 hit. She further added saying the break was needed and necessary.

“It wasn’t on purpose. I hope I don’t go away this time. COVID happened, I haven’t been back since January 2020. I did a video with Oskido and left town and though I was coming back shortly after that and the world kinda stopped. And it’s been plus 3 plus years in the states. The pause might have been necessary, to recollect… “, Monique said.

The singer also spoke about what her next move is and what she is currently working on. She stated that she working on an album that she is producing herself. She went on to say the date of the release will be announced soon.

“I’ve got to release as album, I’ve got to produce. That’s what I’m working on now. Producing it myself, telling an entire musical story, not just laying my thoughts and ideas on top of someone else’s stuff. But really, from the beginning to the end producing. That’s what I’m up to right now”, Monique said.

Monique Bingham is famous for her phenomenal work. Years back, people were jamming to her amazing songs. Her successful hits include a song titled Deep In The Bottom which she collaborated on with Grammy winning artists Black Coffee. She last released music in 2020 and her latest work is a song which she was featured on by music producer Oskido titled Eish. Monique is now back with a bang.
