Makhadzi is now known for missing performances. This time, people were not elated for almost missing her performance in Zimbabwe. Makhadzi did not receive a warm welcome from her Zimbabwean fans. Her performance in Manicalanda Motoring Club in Zimbabwe was cut short when her fans began to be hostile towards her. In a video posted by Zim Celebs on their Instagram page, it shows what exactly occurred during Makhadzi’s performance. The video shows fans throwing bottles on stage.
Zim Celebs shared that according to Manicalanda, Makhadzi was not on time for her performance and her fans were unhappy about that. They reported that the singer came late with no live band and only performed three of her songs. Her being unprepared let down a lot of people who showed up for her performance.
Her fans became agitated and started throwing beer cans and bottles while she was still on stage. They also revealed that not only did the throw bottles and cans, buy also threw missiles that destroyed barricades that separated the VIP section. Makhadzi immediately stopped her performance as the environment was no longer safe for her. The singer was not hurt and is still doing well.
